Vouch for 21Savage! I ordered a very expensive item via Target and he was able to help me refund the item. Very chill guy, as soon as I messaged him he was able to start on the refund. Everything worked out fine and he allowed me to pay after I received a confirmation email of a refund. If anyone else is planning on using a refunding service, I would recommend my boy 21Savage!

Does apple ever contact the owner of the delivery address? Plan on ordering a Macbook to a friends house, and ideally she would not be knowing that I'm refunding it.

You buy something from apple, Say a 4000$ Macbook! It comes to your home. This guy does his magic and then Apple will refund you the 4000$ (because they assume something went wrong).

So basically you get a free device, except you pay your refunder a certain percentage of the original price!
