Headphone adapter

So, i have a ps4 mic (headset) and i my plug in doesnt for for ps3 obviously and i was looking for a adapter and i found this https://www.thanksbuyer.com/2pcs-usb2...ble-50cm-16350 this looks right but im not sure if the end for my ps4 headset would work, or if even the whole thing would work?

That shoudl go right into the ps3 controller as i wouldve figured as i think i can use my ps4 headset (px22s) for an xbox i think c:

Isn't there an AUX port in the PS3? I sold mine a while back. There should be one somewhere, if not then just get an AUX to USB adapter. That should work fine and they are very cheap. What you showed in the OP should work perfectly fine.
