I have around 1500 aud to spend and i would like to get a pc that can play games like csgo and gta with ez but also i can stream/record while playing them...

You can change the case if you want. If you want more/less storage then you can change that to. If you're not planning on overclocking then switch the i5-6600k to an i5-6500. it comes with a stock fan so you can drop the cpu fan. Also if you want, you can change the motherboard to a H170 just make sure you change the ram from DDR4-3000 to DDR4-2133 since I think H170 will only work on DDR4-2133 instead of 3000. Not sure.

It should be priced at 1295.32 aud. Cheaper if you decide not to overclock.

Stick with i5 for gaming, DDR3 ram will do no reason to go overboard.
