Trade error or bug in clients?

Hey guys,recently i have been getting a weird bug.I dont know if this is happening to you guys but when ever i try trading with anyone nothing happens and if i trade again with he same person it says you are already trading and eventually the trade times out or the other person cancel's it.Please help me.Thanks

Your client might not have all the new items. If your client doesn't recognize a certain item this is what happens.

The other player will see the trade window but you won't. When you try to trade again it says they're already trading because you're already trading with them.
