Russian military plane crashes in Black Sea, 'killing 92'
The plane, whose flight had originated in Moscow and which was carrying soldiers, reporters, and 64 members of the famed Alexandrov military music ensemble who were to perform for Russian troops disappeared from the radar two minutes after taking off from Sochi at 05:25 (02:25 GMT), heading to Lakatia located in Syria. So far, Debris and 11 bodies have been found with no reports of survivors and adding to that, there are currently more than 100 divers involved in a round-the-clock search operation at the place of the plain crash. Russia's transport minister claims investigators to be looking into an "entire spectrum'' of possible causes of its crash, including the possibility of a terrorist attack although just earlier a Russian official had downplayed any chance of such a kind of attack. Also, the following was what the Russian defence ministry referred in a statement in sequence of the occurance in question: "Fragments of the Tu-154 plane of the Russian defence ministry were found 1.5km (one mile) from the Black Sea coast of the city of Sochi at a depth of 50 to 70m (165-230ft)." On a side note, the country's president Vladimir Putin recently stated that Monday will be a day of national mourning.

Truck runs through Christmas market crowed in Berlin
A truck has ran through a crowd of people in Berlin at a marketplace designed for Christmas. The number of people who were killed is currently at 12, local German police have said. In addition, police have said that at least 48 people have been injured. The truck ran through a popular market at Kaiser Wilheim Memorial church. Ambulances and officers with heavily armed equipment rushed to the scene, and later, police found and arrested the suspected driver near the scene. They stated that another passenger that had been in the truck had died. Heiko Maas, Germany’s justice minister, said that federal authorities will be taking over the case. These federal authorities are those that handle “terrorism” cases. He did not give further information on the case, but he stated “we are mourning with the relatives” of the victims.

5 Gaming Events for this holidays

OVERWATCH

Luckily, the most popular shooter, Overwatch, is having a fantastic holiday-themed event. During the event ordinary loot boxes have been replaced with holiday themed ones. These boxes have special holiday themed skins, modes, intro animations, and more. There are even two Christmas themed maps for players to kill each other on, and a special game mode where everyone plays with a one hit kill snowball launcher. Players will also receive a free loot box and a unique icon just for logging into their account.

FALLOUT SHELTER

That’s right, everyone’s favorite vault simulation game is also having a Christmas event. Bethesda has given the game a “yuletide makeover.” They’ve added new decorations, outfits, and quests that are all Christmas themed. The developers even went so far as to hide the Christmas classic, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer on some TVs in the game. Why don’t you see if you can spot it?

FINAL FANTASY XV

Last, but not least, the popular jrpg makes it on the list. Square Enix has gotten into the holiday spirit by releasing a holiday themed DLC pack. They offered a free Holiday pack for free, but Season Pass and Premium Edition players get a premium Holiday pack. Both packs contain holiday themed items along with a carnival passport for the Moogle Chocoholic Carnival which will be coming to the game next month. You can even take holiday themed pictures in the game.

ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE

ESO is having an event called the New Life Festival. This offers players multiple quests across many different areas in Tamriel. If players complete each of the nine daily quest they’ll not only get a lot of holiday themed rewards, but they’ll also snag a special colored dye.

POKEMON GO

We might as well start off running. Currently Niantic has let loose a stream of festive Pikachu around the world. These adorable little creatures can be caught wearing a Santa Claus hat. Even after the holidays, and even if you evolve this Pikachu into a Raichu, it’ll keep the hat. Starting tomorrow you’ll also have a better chance of hatching Pichu, Togepi, and other new Pokemon from the Johto region.

Devs of owl boy are extremely pleased players are playing, even if they pirate it.
After almost 10 years of development owlboy finally came out. "the retro-styled sidescroller you didn’t realize you needed." It's crazy to think that this game has been in development for that long. In that time frame technology has advanced so far that this would be a never ending struggle to keep up to date. Now whats even more amazing is that in an interview the D-Pad programmer Jo-Remi Madsen said he on an AMA event on reddit doesn't mind people pirating his game, rather then paying for it.

"When it comes to piracy, we're certainly not cracking down on anything, we're very happy people get the chance to play the game. Through torrent, the game has a chance to become available to people who, say, live in countries where it isn't easy to even buy games (maybe Steam doesn't support their currency, or they just don't carry credit cards)," Madsen wrote. "I'd still wish for those to be able to experience Owlboy. Right now, pirating the game is the best alternative they have, as it's totally open to anyone with a sturdy internet connection. Since we're not a big company, it doesn't impact us in the way it would AAA."

He wrote about how people who pirated the game have become hardcore fans and it actually helps the game out, because they spread the word and that leads to more sales. He also wrote, "I've never pirated myself, but situations sure can vary from country to country during hard economic times. My only wish is for people to continue playing and enjoying the game, through whatever means necessary." But now that Owlboy has released it has been very well received and is quite popular. They now have "enough funding now to continue making games, and we owe it to no-one but ourselves, my folks and our fans." Which sounds like a happy ending to me. Hope you guys try the game out, pirated or not.

Google will Launch Two Smartwatches in 2017
There's been a lot of recent news in the wearable tech category the past few months and it does not seem to be slowing down at all. Recently, Samsung and Apple have both announced and released their own smart watches. Both of these have sold well and have been well received by the general public. It now seems that Google will be another huge tech company that will be putting their own smart watch in the market. With Google's new smartphone the Google Pixel, it was only right that Google would develop and release their own smart watch to pair with it. Google has been known to keep things on the minimalistic and simple side and their smart watch will embody this completely. These watches will be released as early as 2017. On top of that, these will be the first watches with Android Wear 2.0. The smart watches have been rumored for quite some time now but up until recently Google has not made any public comments about it. The branding for the watches will not be the same as the Google Pixel. Rather, it will be branded by the company that makes it. There has not been much news about the specs or the specific details of the watch but expect more information very soon.

Raspberry Pi’s Pixel for PC and Mac breathes new life into old computers
Pixel is a smooth operating system including a clean desktop UI released by the foundation behind the $35 Raspberry Pi computer in September, and now it’s a great chance for Mac or PC users to revive their old hardware with renewed service. Pixel is a Linux-based operating system comes as a downloadable image which you can load onto a USB drive or burn to a DVD allowing you to directly boot into the Pixel enviroment on any PC or Mac with an x86 processor and a minimum of 512MB of RAM.
This is great news if you have an old laptop as you will be able to use it for simple tasks like browsing the web using the pre-installed Chromium browser. Pixel’s other software includes programming tools and a a suite of productivity software. It’s all built on Debian, which includes a wide range of free software.
A physical booting DVD is distributed by Raspberry Pi with The MagPi magazine on this month’s issue, but it’s not really necessary since you can use the downloadable image and burn it to your own disk or USB drive. Etcher is recommended by The Foundation to create the bootable drive as it makes the process much easier.
Some bugs and hardware compatibility issues are expected as it’s only a prototype build. Raspberry Pi says that there will be trouble for modern Macs recognizing the drive as bootable, so that’s a problem we know. But the organization said that this PC and Mac version was important to create first because they believe it’s helpful for schools to have the ability to use old hardware by installing the OS, making it one enviroment across school and home for students using Raspberry Pis at their homes, and also because they want to turn Pixel into the best desktop OS, regardless of hardware.

Roy Woods - Go Go Go
Roy Woods capped his 2016 on Sunday, December 18, 2016, with a homecoming show in Toronto where he was joined by Drake. Later that night, Roy shared a video from his 2015 Exis EP track called "Go Go Go". In the music video, Roy taps into the emotion of the song and delivers a passionate performance from inside an inner-city apartment. Furthermore, the song is detailing a failed relationship, and the anger that follows Roy leaves himself in a bare room to let some of his emotions go. At times the anger gets the best of him, but he eventually resorts back to reason and moves on for the time being. The instrumental gives off a low pass filtered vibe from the OVO team.

Roy Woods - Nocturnal
It seems like the end of 2016 has been the time for all of the chill and relaxing albums and mixtapes to surface. We get to add another one to the books with Roy Woods newest mixtape "Nocturnal". This is a follow up to his most recent and incredibly successful "Waking At Dawn". This mixtape features madeinTYO and Roy's labelmate Majid Jordan. This mixtape is exactly what should be expected from OVO as a label. Roy Woods being one of my favorite artists I absolutely loved this tape. Only complaint I can think of is that none of the songs were exceptionally memorable. It seems they all blend together a little too well. This can be seen as a good thing or a bad thing, I'll leave that up to you. The mixtape is a total of 7 songs long and it's only 22 minutes long. Each song averaging around the 3 minute mark. Cleveland Browns finally win a football game.
On a historic day for the city of Cleveland, the Browns finally won a football game. One football game... Before this game the Browns were 0-14 and were heading to match the 2008 Detroit Lions 0-16 finish. Through a very sloppy game, they were able to hold their 20-17 lead throughout the end of the 4th quarter by blocking a field goal and then with a 45 yard whiff on the last play of the game by the Chargers. This snapped their 17 game losing streak which included last season. Browns head coach Hue Jackson is on the hot seat for the horrific season, and may lose his job at the end of the season. The Browns will have the 1st round draft pick in the next draft, and they will likely be choosing a quarterback. They have shot themselves in the foot all season with injuries. They haven't had a quarterback play through a full season in god knows how long. If they screw this upcoming draft up, Cleveland fans will be in a world of trouble for another decade.

Oscar to move from Chelsea to Shanghai SPIG for $73M
Chelsea confirmed the Brazilian playmaker Oscar will move to the Chinese Super League club Shanghai International Port Group F.C. (SIPG) for estimated 60 million pounds ($73.5 million) on Friday. Oscar transfer is a big loss for Chelsea, The 25 years player was a key member of Jose Mourinho's team that won the Premier League in 2015. Oscar joined Chelsea in 2012 and has scored 38 goals in 203 appearances for the club. Oscar will be playing under the management of former Chelsea coach Andre Villas-Boas. He will move to his new club in the January transfer window. The Chinese side confirmed Oscar "will arrive in Shanghai in the coming days to officially join SIPG". The transfer fee will rank as the seventh-highest of all time. China is definitely aiming to improve its League by snapping up professional players from different leagues. Chelsea manager Antonio Conte said last week: "The Chinese market is a danger for all, not only for Chelsea, but all the teams in the world.". Chinese league also established other international professional soccer players like the Brazilian Hulks, Paulinho and Ramires, Colombian striker Jackson Martinez, and Argentine Ezequiel Lavezzi. Carlos Tevez also is reportedly on the verge of moving to the Chinese team Boca Juniors. The transfer window opens on 1 January and closes at 23:00 GMT on 31 January.

DA SILVANO, A LEGENDARY NEW YORK ART WORLD HANGOUT, HAS CLOSED
After serving many artists and loyal customers alike people are saddened to hear that Da Silvano has closed permanently. After serving people for nearly 41 long years the restaurant had to close it's doors forever. The reason for closing the restaurant was because owner Silvano Marchetto couldn't keep up rising estate prices and could no longer keep up with the monthly payments. Mr. Marchetto said the prices to operate the restaurant was much more manageable in 1975's which costed only a "small" payment of $500 a month, if Silvano wanted to run the same restaurant today and continue making a profit he would have to spend a shocking $41,000 and he can't keep up with that monthly payment anymore hence the restaurant closing down. Sadly the adored grand restaurant has meet it's doom by the hands of the ever changing economy, but many will remember the restaurant for the memories it gave them.

Realm of the Mad God Hacks & Cheats

This week we are featuring the Minecraft Hacks & Cheats section, which is currently moderated by [MPGH]Raple, [MPGH]059, and [MPGH]Ahlwong.
Realm of the Mad God is a MMORPG flash game which is a perma-death game. While this game is infuriating at times with random lag causing death to your characters, it is very addictive and most importantly, free.
Currently during the Christmas season, Deca Games has set a timetable for giveaways etc. More information about this can be found in the link below and the timetable image will be provided below as well.
In this section you will find hacks that provide you the upperhand in the game, including aim assist, no debuffs, auto nexus, proxy, noclip, projectile noclip, and so much more!
In addition to the hacked clients, there is also another program called K-relay which allows for the use of plugins such as antilag, permacloak, tradebot, and so much more since this program opens up the hacking possibility using the proxy server provided by the hacked clients.
I definitely recommend you guys to play this game as it is a challenge when you start with a fresh account and becomes very addictive. This can be ran on almost all computers!

Teddy Bear Trip
Eleanor Dewald never thought she would be reunited with her best friend, a teddy bear conveniently named "Teddy", but once her mother called a friend of theirs who worked at the airport, a Detroit airport employee named Steven Laudeman retraced her steps inside the airport, and not only found the bear, but took it for a wonderful adventure. He took the bear into a cockpit, took a photo with it, and even took a photo with a bunch of other stuffed animals inside the airport's gift shop. Sure enough, all the Dewald's were excited with the bear's return, and Eleanor was thrilled to have her best friend back home in time for the holidays!
