Use car spawner
1. Get a normal crap car (from the street)
2. Drive it into ur garage
3. in that cutscene when you drive in, spawn the "elegy" --> this will give you the retro one
4. go to ls customs
5. Sell for 670k
6. Repeat

Have fun with it while you can still works till this date
