How to lower your skills (eg. stamina, lung capacity) ?

Hey, I used a 'max all skills' cheat in one of menus here, but I was wondering if I can lower them again?
It's because it doesn't look legit on my character at all :/

Nope. Only by making a new character.

I think there are some recovery menus that can lower them, but recoveries are generally detected. Only way is to reset your character or get banned and have rockstar reset all your characters.

You don't need to I have a character at lvl 10 with full skills with out using cheats its easy to do
