INgrooves False Copyright Claims on youtube [Huuge SCAM]

So I posted a music video years ago on youtube and I got hit by this huge cooperation scam called INgrooves... I've done some research and I'm not the only one who's having this problem. They have been targeting small and huge youtube channels. You can just easily google their name and it will show ton of results of scams.

My video only haves 7k views and it's not even monetized, I made the song using mixes from button bass website, based on their copyright policy we are allowed to use their mixes/songs as long as we state the copyright owner under the description, which I did. Then these assholes[Ingrooves] came out of nowhere and claiming that this is their song.



So I went googled "their" song that I "copyrighted". I saw them being sold on multiple websites. Then I saw the date they were published on youtube and the sites they're being sold at, and it's on 2015-2016?? I posted my video on 2014... Either way they do not own the copyright ownership of those song as if they were basically mixes from button bass website. So anyways I clicked "dispute claim" after few weeks youtube said this

I went done more researches and all I found was failures. There is no solution other then GOING TO COURT. If I click appeal they WILL put a copyright strike on my account. I don't know what to do other then just removing the song or deleting the video, but if you know what to do let me know.

I would have disputed and shown the proof you showed us also if their song was made after yours and they have been selling you could claim copyright on that and take them for all their profits
