I am using Extreme Injector 3.6.1.
I also have a 1600x900 resolution and all graphical settings (including textures) set to High or Extra.

Yet still not working; game crashes upon server joining.

Is your Call of Duty 4 currently on 16.0 or 16.1 update?

Doesn't work. Graphic settings are set to max. (there is no EXTRA or HIGH for me, just low and normal...) 1680x1050 resolution. I inject at main menu and crashes when I join server, I am on 1.8 16.1

Edit: Also Windows 10, if thats any reason?

Edit #2: It worked for 10-20 seconds, I was able to see my enemies in RED through walls/objects, then crashed.

There has to be an Extra/High for you. They're graphical settings that are adjustable in Call of Duty 4. Windows 10 shouldn't affect it because I use Windows 10 currently. You could possibly try playing in windowed mode? You can enter windowed mode by pressing alt + enter at the main menu. Let me know if windowed mode fixes it for ya.

Maybe try a 16:9 resolution like 1280x720, 1600x900, 1920x1080. That could be a cause as I have noticed it does the same to me whenever I don't use 16:9 resolutions.

Make sure you're on Call of Duty 4, and not Call of Duty 4 Remastered.
