Try windowed mode, textures at high and resolution at least 720p. Inject with Extreme Injector v3.6.1.

Those are what I normally use, besides the resolution which I have at 1600x900 and sometimes 1920x1080.

It crashes on me too. Once I join a server the game crash.
I'm using 1920x1080 and with all the highest texture settings etc..
Lastest extreme injector. Original call of duty 4, 1.8 - 16.0
I've tried all the things you have recommended to the people that have the same problem.
Even with window mode.

Works like a charm, graphics 1920x1080 extreme injector manual injection v.3.3 or v3.6 cod4x 1.8 16.0 no 16.1

Is it any bind for this? When I load it up, the feature doesn't work while, I'm playing on a server.

Try injecting after your menu has loaded up and while you are in the server selection screen. Figuratively tested it myself and it seemed to work much more frequently. Resolution and texture settings don't seem to change the outcome after figuring this out for myself.

Works all in all other than when i go to zoom in it seems to crash?
also sometimes when i see the person like face to face and not through a wall it seems to crash, maybe the fade of colour as they turn the corner causes me to crash, but that doesnt explain the crash on zoom in.

Idk what happened but i was playing for 10m/15m then my game crashed i just reopened the game then inject it, so the game started crash everytime
i've put the texture high nd i've followed all steps that u wrote in dis post
After this shit error i've tried open the game without any modification then ichanged the resolution nd turn on some graphics nothing worked :/
