Have done NL successfully in the past, UK as well but they are harder to do and isn't guaranteed nowadays.

Not at all mate. You can easily do these countries for Apple, they just require more time and attention.I don't see what the problem is when people also offer this as well, it doesn't change the refunding approach the the company nor the process. Thank you for your reply though.
