well first off you should learn that VAC IS NOT ON EVERY GAME. you wont get banned in singleplayer/coop so dont care there, and do you have any knowledge of programming? if not start there with antiRTFM's channel on youtube, look for his c++ section, get to where you can do everything from episode 3-25 without having to watch a video on how to use what hes teaching you, then watch a few videos on fleep hacks videos where he gives you a good idea on how to use cheat engine.

Lookup c++ on the appstore (iphone) theres some really good apps for learning. You need that to make hacks.
