honestly any regular sized ATX Skylake board is fine, when it comes to Intel, for upgrading to a higher tier cpu, the motherboard almost never matters as long as it's the right socket and whatever unlike AMD At times (for power delivery I guess)
I am thinking of getting Intel Core i5 6500 3.20 GHz Quad Core Skylake Desktop https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010T6CWI2...pcpapi-20&th=1
or this ? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MZZJ1P0/?tag=pcpapi-20
What Motherboard I should pair with it , not very expensive and that I can upgrade my processor in the future?

I agree with Alpha, but make sure you don't cheap out on your motherboard. You don't want to end up with a motherboard that can't properly regulate voltage and you end up with dead parts. That being said, your motherboard doesn't have to be expensive, just try not to just go with the cheapest motherboard you find. Read reviews, do some research, and make sure you account for any front IO (with USB type-C connectors or USB 3.0 Support) that your case may have.

Board I have right now, really good build quality for the price, and proper cooling and chipset for overclocking.
Pretty much futureproof as it's an LGA1151, so you're set for future upgrades.
I'm running a 6700k in it and it OC's like a dream.
