Getting a G2A: Status Closed Error

Title, I'm getting a Status Closed error with anything that I buy off G2A. I bought a VPN with a dedicated IP for myself off of 24vc, and made a new PayPal account that has been verified through everything except a credit card/bank account. Anytime I try buying something, be it a game or CS:GO skins, the order becomes successful but after processing for a while, it just gives me a Status: Closed error. I have cleared my cookies and tried a new browser, it doesn't work. What do I need to do to circumvent this?

You can still bypass it with a VPN, it just has to be something they haven't blocked like a dedicated IP address.

Bumping this, still receiving the same problem. I contacted G2A Support and they said that you need to a phone number and fill in some shit for your account for it to work. Can anyone confirm this, or should I instead buy a VCC?
