CSGO OPSkins Malware Extension (Decoding)

So, I have previously ran into a OPSkins scam including a malware extension and I need help customizing it to my needs, here is the link for the malware if you want it. (Chrome Extension, of course). But mostly out of all, I need help decoding it and making it work for me.
