if you didn't have the funds to refund, top up with a cc and send him his refund. Or send him the money through Paypal from your cc. There was no need for a dispute just a easy refund or a family and friends payment from your cc.

2.) No that makes no sense, because when you open up a dispute paypal gives you the option to decided the case in the buyer favor and refund and you did not do that
you wanted the case because it was a 50 50 chance,

when you lost the case you account still went negative SOOOO there was no point in dragging it out when you could have decided the case in my favor

The whole point of my account going negative was because I had no money. By using the resolution center, my account, which I planned, went negative after I INSISTED and told you to open a dispute. You cannot top up or refund a transaction unless the card has money on it or you have an available balance.

You are also beyond the norm of an idiot. Paypal DOES NOT give you the option to close the case in the others favor.
