Sneevilton Construction AC free armor quest code ?

Hi guys,
i remember reading a post here somewhere on MPGH that had the "Sneevilton Construction" set quest and how to get it easily without having to be 08' player, it is a cool 0 AC armor and i got it for my noob account just to see if i'd get banned but i didn't. and now i've decided to get it on my other account but i can't seem to find that post again
can someone provide me with the Quest iD for "Sneevilton Construction"

You can't do it now, they patched it a while ago. Now you need a special item just to accept the quest. And yes you would get ban if you had it.
