Submitting a ban appeal on behalf of MentalBlank.

He was banned indefinitely for apparently uploading a virus a while back, he's 100% certain that he didn't.
Some of his .exe hacks were picked up by some antivirus scanners as possibly a false positive but other users have uploaded some of his hacks and have not received a ban.

Why is MentalBlank making an appeal more than 1 year later?

Ahh, I see it now. A minion reported the user for uploading a virus.
The file is no longer there, however, the post was in regards to an EXP/Gold Generator.
Those tend to be fake and potentially are keyloggers.

So he can share his latest hacks with people and get in contact with old friends.

His gold generator actually works and the source code has been released elsewhere. His hack was uploaded just before all gold generators at the time were patched and started taking gold away from users. His was patched too but he fixed it and re-released.

The file is not there, so we really can't tell if it was a virus, or not.
Based on the minions words and it being more than a year ago, it's rather difficult to track what had happened at that time.

Before I lift the ban, I want to let you know that if the user does upload a virus in the future, it will be an immediate permanent ban.
If the user files a dispute, it will be immediately denied, and their disputed account will be permanently banned for ban evasion.
In addition, your account will be permanently banned, so I suggest you make sure MentalBlank never uploads a virus.
Be sure to inform your "friend" to review the MPGH Rules via www.mpgh.net/forum/rules.php
If you both acknowledge these terms, the account will be lifted from the ban.
You may deem this unfair and ignore this dispute from ever happening.
However, these terms can potentially ensure the safety of the future for the community.
