I'm willing to make custom image titles for free.

Requirements:
At least 1337 posts / or Premium member / or Staff member (must meet at least one of the reqs.)

Your request must follow this format:
Background Colour: (Please be as specific as possible, eg 'Dark Blue/Navy' instead of 'Blue')
Text: (7 Characters at max, or 8 with a reduced font size)
Text Colour: (White is recommended)
Icon URL:
Swirl: (Yes/No)

Text: PAIN FO (standard mpgh font, i think arial), put the rinnegan in between the two words (ill link a pic of it)
Text Colour: White should be fine, unless something else looks more stylish
Icon URL: emblem link
Swirl: im not sure what swirl is, but yes? whichever looks more official

Rinnegan looks odd due to resizing, presonally I recommend finding another icon unless you like the way it looks:
