HELP!!

So, I recently installed Extreme Injector for some Combat Arms hacks, because lets face it, I just recently came back, and i suck. Anyways. Being a friggin' genius I renamed the damned thing to winsxs.exe - And I can't get rid of it, every-time I start windows, winsxs.exe(injector) starts up, I've tried clearing my Temp Folder along with attempting to block it in my firewall, though i cannot find it. When i right click on the task and click " Open File Location " it takes me to " Microsoft " an empty folder. . . Upon backing out of the folder to attempt to delete it. . .It's not there(?)
