According to sources this dickstain of a cop was salty kids were walking across his lawn and decided to mouth off to a girl, he had a verbal altercation with the kid and apparently some shit went down and the cop thought he heard the kid say "I'll shoot you" when according to everybody around he said "I'll sue you". Then the cop ironically starting popping shots lmfao.

Like I said in the previous post, most likely a pissed off cop with having an ego trip.
