Got a HP Monitor SE here on MPGH, received 1 unit, seller sent an extra going to arrive later today, parents came home from trip earlier than expected. How should I explain why another monitor is showing up? (I said I bought the first)

so far my plan is to pretend the eBay seller sent an extra and they offered to let me keep it, your thoughts?

The seller sent you one extra by accident and you tried to contact the seller but the company doesn't speak english, so you couldn't actually tell them about the extra shipment. After that you tried telling amazon (or whever you purchased it from) and they said they they cannot do anything about it since the seller is not willing to take it back.

Do you have to explain everything to your parents? I would say it is none of their business or just simply say you bought it. When you sell it yourself tell them that you returned it.

Regarding a second one: A sweet 1+1 deal, giveaway, a sale, you ordered one for your friend too w/e.
