Black Blood Blade is actually Static not Stable
Stable is the default damage 27-33

The best weapon ever is probably Nightlock War Axe since its both Static AND has the +15% dmg boost
The only reason Doomblade of Destruction seems better is because it has other boosts aside from the +15%

But from the pic I guess it really is best to go 1 Fighter(Class) 3 Luck to maximize the crit dmg
Of course this enhancement really only applies to the current live servers and not the re-write since Luck will become completly useless by then
