An external hack won't do much. If anything, it's no different than using AHK I think.

You have to make an "internal hack". Pretty sure it ain't called that but the idea is that you use or create an injector to change memory in the game (or really, you would be just getting pointers to memory and editing it in client side).

an external hack is not autohotkey xD. You can open a handle to a game externally to read/write memory. Also if your going internal you don't create an injector to change memory. You use the injector to inject a dll which can manipulate memory

want some tutorials how i create cheats on hng?

I want to use ollydbg to NOP the recoil and sway instructions but I cant find out what accesses this address in cheat engine, even when I disable hngservice and run your auto assembly instruction. I also tried to find the entity base for an esp by having a friend tell me his health while he was playing and I tried to scan for that in ce but I couldn't find anything player related in memory

Use hardware breakpoints instead of int3 breakpoints, also install phantom/any plugin that intercepts and messes with isdebuggerpresent api.

Download process hacker, modify and recompile/protect with enigma/vmprotect/themida/any vm packer and run it as a service, think this should help.
Also i tried to mess with zoom value, got kicked after ~7 seconds after modifying it, so probably they have some internal checking loop.
