I'm curious where you are going to find "bad guys" speaking from learning Arabic. A really stupid reason to wanted to learn as you're probably going to know some and fail.

When I used to live in Iraq and Syria, I used to have lots of friends from Syria, Iraq, Lebanon; the girls, over half of them don't wear hijabs. It's a choice, you're not forced. Yes, some parents force their kids, no doubt. But most parents gives their kids a choice, obviously they'll tell them it's haram to not wear it and this and that, but at the end of the day, it's their choice.
