You do not need to hack the switch to copy the data from the Zelda cart.

The rom is already on the internet, and there is an emulator in progress that can almost emulate it. Currently it's too buggy.

Serves em right, to be honest. The system is currently over priced and the quality of the dock and the screen is awful. they are a multi-billion dollar company but use an internet program they know have vulnerabilities. (Nintendo fanboy, have 4 3ds, a Wii, Wii U and a ton of ds's and game boys.)
