PayPal 7 Days hold to 3 days hold

So I was searching through the web, and I saw this guy doing a service "21 Days hold to 3 days hold change" on another forum..
Used him one time now, and he seems to be legit. Now the catch is, I'm interested in this method, he won't tell me even when I offered €100 lol.

Anyone know how to do this? it was something with the PayPal transaction link and the amount.

If anyone knows this, PM me and we'll discuss a fair price for me to pay, and might even be able to give you a 5/7% revenue of 600 Euro/day.

Nah this kid is doing some weird shit, he requests the Transaction ID or Link, and wants the know the EXACT amount of the transaction. Afaik, he does not call PayPal, because he just did it for me on a random PayPal account that had €800 on hold

With the trans ID and calling them up as the person above suggested you can get the time shortened. Usually not worth the hassle, but in my experience it goes down to 7 days not 3 so maybe we're thinking different methods.

way it worked for me when i had a hold;


under £75 pound it would be put too a 3 day hold but u had to ring them and ask them about it,some would be like no it's 7 days but once they asked there manager then it would move to 3 days,another over £75 i had to wait the 7 days,its the reason i sold fitbits on ebay under £75 to get the 3 day's.


it's weird but it worked for me paypal holds on to the funds if it's over a certain amount to protect the buyer and make sure there happy/ok

Thats why shit always get patched, because in stead of just using trusted vendors, kids rather try the method their selves then spread the method around the community for 3 dollars and get things patched up faster than it already was...
