This only works for Steam PC version of black ops 2. Although there will be a new update coming not soon enough that will make it work for the redacted version.

I mean if you don't want the risk to get ban then don't use any cheat.

Been using this on Redacted for the past week and had no issues (so far)
Only ones that don't work/can't get to work on the redacted version are
- Invisibility (but that isn't tested so I s'pose that's self-explanatory)
- Unlimited sentry (unless I'm using that hack wrong, I have the scorestreak equipped but only allowed to deploy 3-4)
- The weapon changer thing (bit buggy as it gave me a weird combat knife and couldnt equip anything else)
- No recoil
Everything else works pretty much a-ok! Not going to test it on the Steam version as I'm on my second copy since I did some stupid zombie hacking a few years back and ain't risking it again!

VAC is still enabled in private servers. So yes, You can get banned.
