Last month I was fined 100euro, but I did not pay 2x and now it has become 700euro. My dad doesn't know it yet.. I have 4 weeks to pay it or otherwise i'm fucked.

What should I do? or better how could i make 700€. Because of the update on Sony, getting games is fucktup// help me out guys what should I do.
