Homlessness/Poverty in the third world is caused in large part by companies/governments of first world countries

most of the people actually living on the street do so because they wish to, because they suffer from some sort of mental illness. poverty comes from a lack of understanding of fiscal responsibility/saving. if immigrants can come with practically nothing in their pockets and in 20-30 years own a house, car, and pay for their childrens colleges then there's something to be said about those that grow up in ghettos.
