All uploads should be reviewed by a mod?

I've just took noticed that GFX Resources, I can upload a RAR file without any mod's approval. Not that I'll upload virus seeing it's just psd and font files. But yknow, just suggesting if you guys would like to tighten the security on the GFX section.

Definitely agreeing with this suggestion. Security is a must, especially in a community such as this? Definitely should require a moderator's approval. You never know what type of files can be encrypted in this day in-age.
