Modded Assembly C Sharp

First i apologize if this is not the correct area to post this. Wasnt entirely sure.

Anyways I have modded the assemblycsharp.dll and it works fine, made a backup and replaced the old one. My question is is there any way to turn it into something trainer like that can be enabled/disabled while ingame? Its quite the hassle if i just want to modify gravity,damage, or invulnerability temporarily.

If anyone is able to point me in the right direction with a tutorial link or if its easy enough that you can tell me here id appreciate it.
