How to make a client that only has mpbars showing up under players

I was wondering how to make a client with only the mp bar showing up under the player. I know It seems weird but I need to make one for reasons. Thanks If u can teach me.

Best way to learn is to find a client that has hp/mp bars for players and then decompile it to look at how its done. Simply remove the hp bar portion of it and keep the mp bar part.
