Deleting a Thread and a post

Hello mods, I have posted a thread some time ago where I publicly displayed my email address, I no longer need this thread and I don't want to have my email public for everyone to see, so I'd like to know how I could delete the thread or if you could edit my post to remove my email from it, thank you!

Report it via the forum report button stating you want it to be deleted in the thread report, and a section Minion/Global Moderator+ will deal with it as soon as possible.
