    how to modify sudden attack weapon properties

    is that possible modify weapon properties (.LTB) ?
    i don't know how to decompress & recompress the .LTB files.
    i wanna modify properties, Rifle -> Sniper.
    please check sample file.

    I think the weapon properties in this script files. it's .txt file, but looks like encrypted. can you edit this script?
