when i shoot movie with fraps i lagg like hell.. but my ping doesnt move

That's cause fraps makes your fps lag
so changing guns, walking, etc has less frames
while ping makes it slower to conrct to the server or some shit but ya

try record the REPLAY
just play a game and after it save the replay
then watch it en record it

i do it and it works for me
