Hello staff, I was banned a very long time ago (2013) and would like to be allowed back into the community as I am a different person compared to what I was. Ready to pay back the victim (dont know if possible since he is not active here anymore I think) or also giveaway to the community... as said by Psychotic.

Go here https://www.mpgh.net/forum/756-giveaways/ and do a public giveaway worth $75. You can giveaway whatever you want worth the amount of $75. Once you have done so, let staff know on this thread.

May I paypal one of the mods the $75, or provide them with 10 private proxies (which are about $7-8 each, but dunno if I am allowed to give that away) and then they can give it away or what not?
