How do report bots work? I mean, how would one go about creating their own report bot?

As what Dildo suggested, that's what you required. In a more in-depth explanation, reportbot requires 10 or 11 csgo accounts (non-vacced) to work. Download the Dr.Pepper program which was shared by gerassss I believed in this forum. The next thing you need is the suspect's SteamID64 which can be converted from their steam profile URL via some conversion tool or chrome extension.

So what it does? The program logs in to the accounts you entered and sends a report of the suspect. Yes, 11 reports will send the suspect for an overwatch review.

Some reportbot would ask for matchid which can be found on the WATCH tab in CSGO. However that is not required. If there's no matchid entered, the next game that the suspect plays will be overwatch reviewed.

And if you're looking for 10 accounts, you can either buy them off Steam (duh) or hook up some people in the Marketplace that sells pretty cheap CSGO fresh accounts.

Probably a false positive. You can google for others actually. There are a couple that works. The Dr.Pepper's seems to be a little buggy, but it works for commending as well.

There's no update on Dr.Pepper's Report/Commend Bot as far as I know. However, other alternatives do actually update once in awhile. Google Report Bot CSGO and you'll find multiple sources.
