is it possible to use a fake SNN for paypal?
If Yes then how would i go on about it.
If no then why?
If Yes what are the risks of using it?

SNN? Do you mean SSN? If so, there are ways to add a SSN that isn't yours.

I'm not really sure how, but there are people on other forums that do this.
