Am i banned???

when ever i try to go onto a game of it all it comes up with is (An error occured while synchronizing your profile with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Servers) anyone got any ideas if this is a ban or not also i went on another account on the game and i could play it.

If you got banned it will tell you that you are not give you a message like that...id say it's something with server maint. Or your connection is poor
