Money saving won't be a problem, since I'll be getting the PC with a Payment by installments, and to me it's bit easier than saving tbh, I was also planning to get a new monitor (144hz) as an add-on since I play CS: GO competitively, even more, so an ESEA.
Sent in a request with the 7700k - quad core 4.20, 16GB, GTX 1080 8GB...
beDon't know how useful the 16GB will be and the 8GB vRam will be, but I wanna play games on ultra settings, and stuff, without lagging massively.

You're underestimating the power of modern day CPU and GPUs lol. If you're just playing CS:GO I would advise you to go with Ryzen since it'll max out the FPS anyways, but the extra cores and threads = longevity. Also 8 GB of VRAM is aplenty. Most games don't use more than 8GB of RAM, but if you want to have multiple things open at once, then go with 16.
I recommend going the Ryzen R5 1700 way, as it will be utilized more in the near future.
The CS: GO comment was about the monitor not about CPU...
You literally misunderstood without actually paying attention, thanks for your suggestion, but perhaps read next time.
Oh please, there are plenty of games that require more than 4GB of vRam if you want to run it maxed out.

Expensive, but would run basically any game...
My current PC runs any game as well, but whenever I want to max out on the graphic settings then the frames are taking a massive doll while playing, and that's is the why I also make a new computere...
Plus, the current computer has started to fail on me for some reason, because every time I try to run an application I get a damn blue screen, I don't know if it's a faulty Windows 10, or faulty SSD (which I think it should be the fault Windows 10), also it just doesn't happen with the applications, it also sometimes happens with the games..
The add-on for the new build is that the new set of monitors, so I would be able to have more actual frames, I do get 300 FPS in CS:GO, but my monitor is not actually showing them.

if you wanna use the the 144hz monitor to its full extent then id rather go for an 7700k and spend the extra money on a 1080 or even 1080ti
and for monitors there are some pretty good ones coming out from asus lately imo
