Diminishing lag

Hello.
I play Crossfire with 60 to 70 ping, but in teamfights with 3-4 pllayers or more it escalates to 300+ ping
Other games I usualy play with 20-22 ping like CS:GO

THING IS in game I can't hit jack with any gun or knifes and people teleport everywhere.
is there a way to fix this? It's laggin on crossfire EU only.
And yes I live in europe.

Well, if you only use your pc for gaming, "Leatrix Latency Fix" (google it) might help you.
