Job Delay

Is there a possible way to avoid the delay in the middle of the job?
For example on the server that i play after earning 100$ you have a delay of 5 or 6 sec to start again.
If you try to start in those 6 sec,it gives a message "you work to fast,slow down and start over"...

No. That is calculated server side I believe.
