You can take it off your computer, since msconfig shows the path too. I would recommend Grizzly to scan his computer with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Spyware Terminator. (Yes, they are the best Spyware/Malware killers.)

Well, i didnt find anything suspicious. I think i will keep working on my computer as it is now. Also, i gonna do a backup of my files so i wont lose my file if anything happens.

Actually, i have done some scan with some programs. The only thing thy detect is some broken cmd info etc.. So all good I will keep rockin guys in cf
