should work windows 8, 8.1 and 10

If you are still on 7, you might need to download Windows Management Framework (I think 5.1 is the latest, but not sure of its compatibility with windows 7)

trying the 5,1 service pack first, also the change mes are very confusing for me atleast, shed some light with an example of them changed to something?

Im looking at blog posts from 2013 using New-NetQosPolicy

that would have been powershell 3.0 at the latest, which I believe u can install on windows 7, but its an external download.

I legit just opened it in notepad, do CTRL+H Put first box CHANGEME then second Cheese.
Thats as simple as it gets
