I received a free cruise after touring a timeshare and was given a number to call to redeem. When I did, they tried to upsell me saying the cruise cabins that I won were all sold out for the redemption period but I could upgrade for $200+ per person. This made me mad because it sounded too much like a bait and switch type of thing that I cancelled the whole thing and threw my prize away.

But I'm still really wanting to go on a cruise. I've never been. If there are reasonable fees involved, and I'm paying directly to the entity, I would definitely be okay with that (port fees, taxes, etc). Please pick me if you are giving this away.

I hadn't redeemed it, man. From the same radio company? Because I typed another phone number into the box and it told me only winners could redeem the prizes.
No mention of a timeshare, but I don't know.
I just got it and couldn't go and figured someone else may want it.
They told me all information would be passed off to the original company add me on Skype if you're interested, if not, that's okay.
