How to mod TF2 after patch XBOX 360

[This is the modded patch it lets you Mod team fortress. no GT mod needed]
Things needed
Transfer cable
device explorer ( i used Modio but others will work.)
Modded patch
valve editor
*Once you put in the patch you can only play with other people that have the MODDED PATCH. to clear the patch just clear you cach again or open your HDD and take it out*
