Just run "off.bat" as you are still using the switch if you have that issue.

So i did you what you said but it doesn't work. I even restored my Firewall to default and did everything that was said to fix it but it doesn't work. Can you please help?

powershell Remove-NetQosPolicy -Name "CHANGEME" -confirm:$false -PolicyStore ActiveStore
