Simply add the plugin on KRelay plugin directory.
Works in background.
Doesn't need commands to switch it off/on. (cuz you would not be needing it. Give it a try ;p )

yea i am quite able to read, i know you said 75% but i could also post a file and say it gives you 10 ram, that doesnt mean it instantly works. i wanted to know what does it do to reduce 75% lag?
