- Cheat Engine (Undetected because you are NOT joining a server.)
- Some knowledge on addresses.

HOW TO DO THIS!!!!!!
1. Start MW2
2. Alt-Tab
3. Open CE
4. Load these addresses into your TABLE.
5. Set the value to: 5 MAX
6. Exit MW2 and CE
7. Restart MW2
8. Enjoy D:

You have to have Cheat Engine, and you create the adresses for it, and then set them to "5" and then Restart Mw2, and then your done. A Perks Hack + you can create a trainer from this. Thanks for the Addies.
